A Note on Refunds and Small Business Reality
As a small, independent operation, I strive to offer the highest value and most transparent policies possible. One day, I hope to be able to offer refunds on all products, just like the biggest names in online education. However, at this stage, it simply isn’t possible due to the nature of digital content and the realities of operating a lean business.
That’s why I provide free previews and sample lessons on YouTube—so you can be confident this program is the right fit before you commit.
Please read carefully before purchasing:
Complete Musicianship Bundle (Flawless + Composing Hour):
When you purchase the Complete Musicianship Bundle, you receive immediate access to all Flawless Ear Training materials, which are digital and downloadable. Because of this, all bundle sales are final and non-refundable—there is no way to guarantee the destruction of digital content once delivered.
Composing Hour Standalone Option:
If you prefer a risk-free option, you may enroll in Composing Hour on its own. Since content is released weekly, you can cancel future payments at any time before new lessons are unlocked.
Free Previews:
We offer free previews of the first three lessons for our courses (and additional sample lessons on YouTube) so you can be sure this approach fits your needs before you commit.
Refunds/Store Credit:
For non-downloadable products, you may request a refund or store credit within 14 days of purchase.
Payment Processing Fees:
If a refund is approved for a non-downloadable item, the non-recoverable processing fees charged by our payment processor will be deducted from your refund (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction, or more for international payments).
Duplicate Payments:
If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same downloadable product, I will promptly refund the duplicate payment(s) in full and absorb any processing fees. This applies only to clear, unintentional duplicate purchases of the same item.
